From Nixon to Trump

Political pundits and professionals are largely stunned by the Donald Trump phenomenon.  Spending very little money at a time when the conventional wisdom was that Citizens United gave the election to shadowy billionaires with unlimited funding.  But Trump was only completing a process that began in 1960, the transformation of politics by television.  Watch a short video on the Kennedy/Nixon debates here.
